BVO’s collective response will always prioritize the humanitarian imperative to save lives. BVO is committed to engaging in both the natural and man-made disasters emergency relief programs at times of community needs. BVO aims to be a reliable and innovative actor at the regional level, with a strong focus on quality solutions and participative needs assessments, to respond to the needs and fulfillment of rights of all displaced and displacement affected community members. BVO will target assistance to the communities that are most vulnerable and prone to the highest risks.
